You have to pay for parking no matter how long of a stay you have. The beds sit lower than normal hotel beds. The pool had a sign at the front entrance of it saying it is closed for the night but there where people in there swimming.

This property is not worth the price. Due to the location uptown, and beside the arena, it seems they are able to charge a higher price. For the price, I would have expected a much more clean and well kept room. Specifically, there were broken baseboard tiles in the bathroom, dust everywhere, peeling wallpaper, a desk drawer with no handle, a large hole in the desk shelf, warped (from water) wood beside the refrigerator, a broken screw on the window hinge, and rust and mildew on the shower soap dispenser. I would likely not stay here again. The staff was very friendly and professional, but that was the only highlight.

Furniture was well worn in the room and in need of renovation. Plus there is boarded up, run down and burnt out buildings/dicey area seen from the windows. However, Jim at the front desk was an absolute pleasure to assist us.
