When I searched for small/tiny houses in Ohio over a year ago, I had to select this one as soon as I saw the pictures. It was the cutest, most beautiful, and well-built little "cabin" inside and out. “The room itself and the view was amazing! Very high-quality beds, sheets, pillows and furniture. I wish the vanity lighting were a little brighter. The shower is very good. The wooden patio chairs on the balcony need replaced. The wood cracked when I sat in it and I am not a big guy. I wish there were better instructions available on how to use the hot tub. Overall though a great experience!”

“The view was certainly grand! We enjoyed the porch and the hot tub! The sweet mama goat and her babies were fun to interact with. There were even goat treats. You are close to beautiful neighboring properties but the owners thought about privacy with the hot tub and backyard space. The only suggestions I would have would be to provide some shampoo/body wash, etc. and put in a dishwasher for more convenience. It was a lovely, well kept property.”

“5 of us met here for a long weekend..the house was impeccably clean and very comfortable! Loved the well-stocked kitchen and the hot tub, along with a convenient washer/dryer. The bed in the primary was super-comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us. The location is across a small river from an industrial area..which was a little concerning pulling in..but once you get back to the house its lovely and secluded.”
