Bathroom was terrible , broken curtain rod hanging made it impossible to shower . fan in bathroom not working , only one outlet in bathroom worked . Room smelled awful , had to burn a candle to get the smell out . Hallways smelled musty and gross. Dirty kleenex left in chair in the room , For a $176.00 a night it was terrible . Will never book again.

Staff was not very friendly nor helpful. Room was poorly maintained

Rooms are clean. Lots of restaurants to choose from. We’ve decided this is our stopping point when traveling northeast to visit family.

Reviews had placed this “boutique” hotel along the top rated in the area, so expectations were high. But this is not a “boutique” property in any sense that one would expect. There are stained carpets, the rooms and overall conditions are underwhelming. The best parking was reserved for the bar, so arriving in pouring rain with no place to park was not pleasant. The bar seemed popular, but I didn’t use that amenity. Finally, there is nothing around the place in terms of amenities for dining or entertainment (other than the on-site restaurant and bar) and they charge $3.00 for a small snack, so good luck finding something to eat upon a late arrival.

We were only there for one night for a concert but it was very clean (and I am very picky about cleanliness)! As soon as I walked in, I could smell that it was just cleaned. I also have sensory issues with bedding and typically can’t sleep in hotel beds, but I slept AMAZINGLY (literally the most comfortable mattress and sheets). We also accidentally locked ourselves out and the front desk staff were so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was kind of lacking but we did come at the tail end so it was to be expected. Overall, highly recommend!
