“The property has been renovated to a high standard but is missing essentials. We had no bathing soaps or other bathroom toiletries provided apart from one bottle of liquid hand soap, and apart from one king mattress, the mattresses were soft and floppy with edges which would lead to a person falling on the floor. Money has been spent to renovate the property to a high spec but it would nice if the furnishings were of a decent standard and basic essentials are provided in the kitchen and bathroom……

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Unfortunately, the room was not very pleasant—it felt quite outdated and wasn’t as clean as expected, with noticeable spider webs. In addition, it was quite noisy in the morning, which made it difficult to rest properly. On a more positive note, the restaurant staff were excellent. They were very friendly, welcoming, and provided great service, which was definitely a highlight of my stay. Overall, while the staff made a good impression, the condition of the room and the noise levels could really use improvement."
