“The Elleray is pub/hotel it’s a traditional old building with sash windows, a dining area/lounge, bar and an outdoor beer garden. For the age and style of the building it was very clean in the rooms and public areas. The rooms are comfortable with a big telly, tea/coffee etc. The staff were excellent and friendly and helpful, the food was excellent as well and very tasty. They have a variety of drinks available including local guest ales although I didn’t try any, only thing I’d mention is if...

“Husband stayed here on his own previously on walking trip, bought me this time and we got the 4 poster room, billed as being best room in the Hotel, Room 12. Has dual aspect windows with amazing views and a jet bath. Restaurant and food was amazing. Nice choice of breakfast although trimmed down due to Covid-19. Free toiletries, tea/coffee, bed was very comfy and room very spacious. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Definitely coming back!”
