We were a bit apprehensive when we got to the motel when we could not locate anyone on site. I called the number and walked a short distance to the convenient store to check in. The room was so nice! Clean, quiet and there were chocolates on the pillows! It is right off the highway so there was some traffic in the early morning, but we had no trouble sleeping in the comfy beds! Plus - It had a coffee maker/bar fridge (which came with bottled water)/microwave. The bathroom had windows and they opened (NICE!) and we looked onto farmland out back which made it quaint. Minus - We were a party of 4 and we had 2 rooms - they were both clean, sheets clean, no problem there. One of our rooms had a musty smell - like it had been shut up for a long time, or perhaps coming from the A/C filter? We stayed two nights - the guests who were in the room with the musty smell definitely noticed that it had gone into their clothing. The other room was fine without that same smell. Bathrooms were surface clean but did both have some dark spots indicating mildew stains.
