“Great hostel in Alkmaar. I arrived by train and everywhere is walkable in town. Small room but you have everything needed. Small Kitchen to share on the floor. But no soundproof. Recommend to visit Kennemerpark!”

“Ik vind Fletcher altijd redelijk basic. Er staat vaak dat dit viersterren hotels zijn, dat is niet mijn ervaring. Het is meer 3; en dat geldt ook voor het aangeboden ontbijt. “Convenient stopover for our bike trek with five of us. Unique and a little tired decor at this former motel but the staff are excellent, friendly and helpful and we were able to securely store our bikes inside. Nice breakfast. ”

“Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning.
U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room.
To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary.
I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before……

“Loved the monitored space for bikes. We looked for the swimming pool but saw a locker room and an utility room so didn’t proceed to find the swimming pool as it made an uninviting impression. Maybe we went through the wrong doors, I’m not sure. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh food, lots of choices and friendly staff.”
