Unfortunately there was internet work being done while there- there were notes up at check in. This impacted my stay as I was working from the hotel room and lost access at times. Other than that the staff and complimentary breakfast were great.

I booked a suite for my friend and I. She took the interior bedroom and I attempted to sleep on the fold out couch. The mattress was barely 2 inches thick. Under it was a very hard surface with wires that could be felt clearly. I was extremely uncomfortable. After going to bed at 10 pm, I was still wide awake at 3 am. I called the front desk and said it was the worst surface I had ever tried to sleep on. I slept better on a burger king bench at the London Gatwick airport. They brought up a cot which was marginally better. It took me another hour to fall asleep. Both rooms were cooking hot. We could not find any way to adjust the temperature. We had the window wide open trying to cool the room. It was Thanksgiving weekend, but still not cool enough outside to make a difference. It was, however, clean.
