“This apartment suited us: it was clean, spacious and well-appointed. The check-in and pool staff were friendly and helpful. Some of the site is rather run-down and even derelict though, but it didn't stop us from having a good time here and in beautiful Ilfracombe.”

“The property was semi-cleaned when we arrived. Although a male staff member was very helpful at the bar, the sofa and the carpet was covered in pet hair. We had to put blankets of our own over the chairs as we did not see them fit to sit on. We also had put our yoga mats on the carpet as we did not see it fit for the children to play Lego or games on. The beds were not made and general cleanliness we expected for the price was not there. The flat had pet odour and we had to keep the doors open...

“At first as we arrived around 4:15pm our room wasn’t ready but the reception sort it out. I tried to call the owner before that but the owner no response till we left. The flat is ok but its a building flat so we have neighbours upstairs and downstairs also at the side. Its like compound of flat not sure how they called.
