This high-quality apartment brilliantly combines a stylish, spacious interior with a charming outside area where you can relax in the sunshine after a day on the beach, cycling or walking the coast path. A wonderful destination for one or two couples or a small family. Pull into the allocated space in the underground car park, and head up via the lift or stairs to your ground-floor apartment. Its modern, high-specification design has a fresh, streamlined feel, and the open-plan living space is bright, airy and sociable. Sink into the seating by the Smart TV or gather around the four-seater dining table for a relaxed meal. The sleek kitchen''s high-quality appliances include an induction hob, dishwasher and microwave. When you''re feeling tired, the king-size bedroom is bright and pretty, and includes a Smart TV as well as an en-suite shower room, while the twin bedroom (super-king-size on request) has use of a family bathroom. Unwind on your private patio area outside, which leads directly onto the courtyard, the latter shared with other properties in this superb complex. Sip a coffee in the mornings or pour a sundowner in the evenings, enjoying the view towards the Woolacombe hills. The apartment is located within a high-spec complex which boasts an on-site restaurant, pool, gym, sauna and games room. Less than 400 metres away is Woolacombe''s renowned beach: 3 miles of golden sand where you can surf, swim, kayak, kite surf or simply build sandcastles. In the village, also just a few metres stroll, there''s a good choice of shops and places to eat, while family attractions within easy reach include Ilfracombe Aquarium, 7 miles, Watermouth Castle, 9 miles, and Combe Martin Wildlife Park, 12 miles.
