"Good night sleep, kind staff and reasonable breakfast. However, the hotel has seen better days, it is very tired, the bathroom has mould and even if it had been cleaned ….we could say it was not “gleaming”. It was reasonable for the price but it was not near as nice as the photographs!"

"Our stay was amazing, the hotel looked lovely as we drove in. The staff couldn’t be anymore helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely meal in the rib house, the service and food were excellent. The spa treatment was much needed and enjoyable. Could not speak anymore highly of Ramside Hall"

"First time staying in a Holiday Inn and we loved it. The only moan we have is we had to listen to the humming from the air conditioning units(?) Which seemed louder in the quiet of the night, that were outside our window. I'd think it could annoy light sleepers. Other than that, the hotel was lovely and clean, very comfy bed and the staff were so friendly and helpful."
