My Room, although non smoking had a stale smoke smell to it, and even though the room had A/C, the temperature was set centrally, and you could not adjust it on a room by room basis! "

"Firstly, the room I booked online had a picture of a bath tub but when I was not given a room with one when I checked in. I had to inform the guest services and was told that not all rooms had a bath tub. I felt cheated as your picture of the room had a bath tub. Sound proofing of the rooms were ridiculous. I was constantly awoken by sounds of people talking and doors opening and closing. I did not get a good nights rest. Service from house keeping was great. But overall the other service I felt from the staff was cold and not up to par with what branding this hotel has. "
