“The location is great and the staff are outstanding. We were met upon arrival by a complimentary pickup from the airport ( or train station) and greeted at the door by Peter the friendly hotel dog. John is the English speaking staff who can help non Chinese speakers and he was beyond wonderful. Thank you so so much for all your help. There’s a wide range of food for the buffet breakfast ( included) and there’s also easy laundry facilities. There’s a beautiful roof top deck with resident cats and……

Was nice to get complimentary breakfast. We only speak English so using our phone was not difficult. Great location too!”
