“The house and the host were both great! The host was quick to respond to my questions, very accommodating and friendly. We loved the history associated with the house and host family. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Close to the lake and town, (less than 10 minutes to both), yet far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. “The Lodge on Bluegrass was one of the best vacation rentals we've had. There was plenty of space for our large group, the house was well-stocked with linens, towels, kitchen supplies, and activities for the yard and pond that were available on the property. We loved seeing all the animals (horses, wild turkeys, coyotes, birds, and fish) and being able to feed the horses and turkeys was a wonderful experience.
