The property is great and very clean, the location is perfect and walking distance from the best restaurants. The only negative was that I paid for breakfast for 2 guests and showed them my Expedia reservation saying I paid for breakfast for 2, but the hotel worker did not honor the breakfast reservation and charged me again.

We had a wonderful stay with my fiancé, beautiful place with an excellent location. The only downside was that the room stayed quite warm even after technicians checked the air conditioning. Also, having more English-speaking staff at reception would make the experience even smoother for international guests. Overall, a great place with just a few areas for improvement!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The service was great, with professional staff who were always courteous and attentive. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the pool area was simply exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Silva

There are several sculptures and fountains on the exterior levels of the Cascade Complex. There are superb views of Central Yerevan and Mount Ararat on a clear day or early morning. The inner levels are the Cafesjian Museum of Art, and there are escalators between each level. #Blue
