"I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!! And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly). "I have traveled and worked in Japan for 10 years. This hotel onsen is the finest I have visited. The baths are located in your room, in common areas and in private family baths. There is a very special bath just steps away from the hotel below a WATERFALL, that can only be described as HEAVEN ON EARTH. I will return for another week at this hotel in April. The staff were friendly and helpful, the property and surroundings were quiet, it was nice that the property was sitting next to a very clean river. The hotel offers free transport from Kagoshima airport which made it possible for us to get there. Thank you to all the staff work there to make our stay so pleasent."
