“The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions”

“The pond was beautiful with the ducks, geese and turtles. I watched the hummingbirds and other birds from the coolness inside the condo and in the morning walked around the pond when it was cool. If I come back into that side of town I will definitely be back!! Lovely stay!”

After we booked the rental, the friendly house manager, Morgan, called me to go over all of the rules and expectations which were stated very clearly and he answered all of my questions. “It was clean, quiet and in a good location. The kitchen met my needs. Suggestions: 1. Hang curtains over the blinds. The blinds make it private but they don't block out light at night. 2. There's need for a grab bar in the shower. 3. Get a real coffee maker. I drink organic coffee. I would never drink keurig coffee. ”
