“Excellent stay, but you have to book weeks in advance. Good price for the room and the location. The hotel is small (only 19 rooms) with one small reception desk. The receptionist was very kind and friendly. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast wasn't a buffet, but a fixed menu from which you can choose one item. Along with it, each table is saved with a basket of mini croissants and bread as well as spreads (jam, honey, grounded rabbit spread [yes,……

“Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Thank you for some much needed relaxation.”

“Terrible place! Avoid! I booked premium double room for my parents. I was shocked when they sent me photos of what room they got. Tiny room with 2 single beds, no space to even open door to bathroom. The bed mattresses had springs coming out so my parents had 3 sleepless nights. I can see from other reviews that other guests complaint about the beds for a few years now and the hotel didn’t bother to replace them! The photos online are presenting rooms as a premium but what you get it’s……

“Kaszelewskiego 1 locates right in the city centre of Zakopane. It is 30 minutes walk from train & main bus station, and a few minutes to the walking street. Taking Uber is much faster though. The room is clean and tidy with a kitchen and proper dining table. I am impressed with the provision of an expresso brewer. The bedroom only accommodates a double bed which is good enough. Check-in & check-out are self service with very clear instructions by email. Staff can be contacted by WhatsApp with……

“Our stay was very pleasant. We traveled with a group and rented two adjacent rooms. Each room had a balcony with breathtaking views of the mountains. It was truly peaceful and serene. The ladies who operate the hotel are wonderful and cook delicious breakfasts each morning—you can smell the freshly baked goods from the room. The property is clean and well maintained. Ending the day of hiking with a sauna was perfection.”

“I’ll start with pros: good breakfast, nice views, and decently sized room. Cons: No AC, room does not get fully dark, bathroom was at a slant for us so we could only bathe, tub leaked, and again let me repeat NO AC. They also don’t do room service so if you’re staying more than 2 nights that could be a problem.”

“整體還算可以，但是招牌不明顯，晚間到達時不好找，重點是住宿旅客停車要另外收費這點覺得不太合理”

“Amazing stay, would totally recommend. The staff were so kind and gave many great recommendations for activities in town. Room was updated, clean and spacious. Breakfast was homemade and delicious”

“Świetny stylowy wygląd pomieszczeń i przestrzeń spa dopracowana w detalach. Hot tub na zewnątrz w otoczeniu zieleni 👌”
