"Hardware is good.Service is bad. We drove all the way from Shenzhen to the hotel and when we pulled the car to the front of the hotel, a staff came out. His first comment was: you cannot park the car here! No greeting or welcome as we would have expected. How were we supposed to unload luggage?!! "This is a very nice hotel. All the staff are excellent and really go above and beyond to make sure the guests are happy. The room was spacious and clean with an awesome lake view.
