Upon check-in I was told that there was no shuttle to the airport and that I would he to book a taxi. I went to my room, found that it did not correspond to the booking I had made and double checked that a shuttle to the airport was indeed advertised. I went back to the reception, to have to face a seriously rude attitude from the employee until I could have what I should have had in the first place. Moreover the shuttle would have cost me 75 euros instead of the 45 advertised, hence I declined it. All in all, I can only recommend avoiding this property at all costs.

Amazing stay at Solea! The hotel, room and common areas are very well maintained, new and clean. The staff is absolutely lovely, especially the restaurant staff, Filippo and Giacomo. The food was fantastic, especially the à la carte dinner options included in the all inclusive package. We enjoyed a super relaxing massage at the spa and made frequent use of the many pools. The hotel is situated just a few steps away from the town centre, which is very cute, and the path of Belvedere for those interested in outdoor activities.

A bit far from St Marco. Check-in process was great and the gentleman was very professional. All perfect except for checking out. I booked a pickup at the hotel and the lady insisted that I walked 10 min away over to the taxi port with heavy luggage to meet the driver there. How could I tell which driver and car? I ended up meeting the driver at the hotel but why did I have to fight for that?

Dejligt hotel - men ligger meget tæt på trafikeret vej og larm fra bar/tankstation på den anden side af vejen. Så undgå værelse mod vejen.

Fantastic experience! It is a hidden gem in Dolomiti. I cannot go back to return!!

Rooms were very clean and spa/pool area was amazing. Front desk staff very courteous and helpful.
