A few more cobwebs than we’d expect, and some issues with lighting (a kitchen light that stays on for 3 seconds, then has a rest for a second, then back on etc etc. Some of the information for guests could be updated or made clearer ie where some facilities ..."

"very private, huge gardens, lovely welcome basket. very comfortable beds with fresh bed linens and towels, plenty of hot water and of course the hot tub!only thing we could say is the walls/kitchen windows and banister were a bit grubby, they really need a good clean . excellent location to access ..."
