Monkey Island Beach Vacations

Very disappointed! Left to go eat breakfast and came back around midnight. Placed the request to change sheets on the pillow. When returning at midnight. Room had never been cleaned and no new towels provided. Informed by the front desk that if you stay more than one midnight you have to request towels daily. I've had easier and better housekeeping at a 2 star hotel. Looks to me like the price you past a night that they would at least service you a clean towel daily.

Easy to get everywhere. Rooms and club room were good and staff was very helpful. On site restaurant was good.

Had 2 rooms. One smelled like someone had smoked in it. It was supposedly a non-smoking room. The other rarely had hot or even warm water. Coffee was below average. Breakfast was average.

Love being on the lower floor, when possible. Friendly staff, every time! Helpful

The room was clean and comfortable. The bar was good. The pool was not in use when we were there.
