The hotel was extremely hot and humid. No AC's in the hallways around the water park and no elevators in that section of the hotel either. The overall look of the hotel was nicely done but you can tell the remodel of an old hotel focused on the aesthetics only and not the functionality of outdated HVAC systems. Since the lobby had AC and the other sections did not, the mixed temperatures created condensation to leak all over the floor and guests. The outdoor pool was on the smaller side, but my kids did enjoy it. However, we found it was not cleaned frequently which made us not want to keep returning. The hotel staff were friendly, our room AC did work and the rooms were clean. Overall, the hotel looks great in pictures but there are much better places to stay in the Cape, especially for the price.

Place was excellent, clean, and the staff was friendly. Definitely going back again!

My wife and I stayed in the Balcony Queen. The check in/out process was very simple. The room was quaint and we were pretty comfortable. I liked the balcony space to relax and use as an extra space if I didn't want to stay inside. The bathroom could use with some modern touches but it had plenty of room. The Queen Anne Inn is about a 5 minute drive away from the main Chatham area which was nice when we had plans. Unrelated to the Queen Anne Inn, the main Chatham area can be a madhouse! The biggest thing that stuck out to me was the staff. I accidentally left my CPAP and I got a call from the Queen Anne Inn informing me. Unfortunately, we were an hour away and headed to the airport to catch our flight. The woman I was talking to at the Queen Anne Inn took it upon herself to offer to ship it to me and, despite my insistence to pay, they also covered the shipping. They absolutely didn't have to since it was my mistake. Thank you to the staff at the Queen Anne Inn!

We had a wonderful stay at New Seabury and the property/amenities are lovely. We were disappointed that the tennis/pool facility was under renovation and we were not informed previously to out stay. The Sea Quarters units need a facelift. The kitchen appliances, especially the refrigerator, need to be upgraded,. The cabinets need replacing, the bathrooms and porch are tired. Doors, walls, and furniture could use some paint. As the season just began, it’s surprising that more touch ups were not done.
