Great place to stay and the staff members are amazing.

The hotel was extremely hot and humid. No AC's in the hallways around the water park and no elevators in that section of the hotel either. The overall look of the hotel was nicely done but you can tell the remodel of an old hotel focused on the aesthetics only and not the functionality of outdated HVAC systems. Since the lobby had AC and the other sections did not, the mixed temperatures created condensation to leak all over the floor and guests. The outdoor pool was on the smaller side, but my kids did enjoy it. However, we found it was not cleaned frequently which made us not want to keep returning. The hotel staff were friendly, our room AC did work and the rooms were clean. Overall, the hotel looks great in pictures but there are much better places to stay in the Cape, especially for the price.

Megan was awesome at the front desk. very helpful and made our stay special. hotel needs a little TLc that's it's going to be getting soon.

Nice location with short walk into Chatham. Restaurants were good with great views. Overall we had a very nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Riviera Beach Resort! The resort was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a fantastic time. We also had dinner at Jonah's, and our waiter, Allistair, was outstanding. He was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service that made our meal even more enjoyable. We highly recommend both Riviera Beach Resort and Jonah's, and we can't wait to come back!

I have been going to the blue water for years. I do love this resort and the updates to the rooms were fabulous. One complaint would be that the menu at the outside bar was better in the past, also the bar was open later than it is now. On the 4th of July weekend the entertainment did not show up on Friday, and the bar was closing much too early in my opinion. Other than those things this is still my favorite place to be.
