Camera ampia, ma il tempo inizia a farsi sentire, sopratutto in zona bagno. Piscina sempre di alto livello, tutto abbastanza recente e comodo, pulizia di tutto rispetto. Cena di alta qualitò ripetitiva ma di ottima fattura. Parcheggio perfetto come sempre, lo spazio non manca mai!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable, and the location was extremely convenient, right next to the ferry port. The hotel restaurant was lovely, with great food and a beautiful atmosphere. The only unusual thing was the pool service — you couldn’t order snacks while sitting in the pool lounge area and had to be seated at a table instead. Overall, a beautiful hotel in a very convenient location, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed at lake view room, definitely worth staying and pretty affordable!

We loved every single thing about this beautiful hotel. It sits majestically nestled in an elevated position overlooking lake Maggiore with attractive well maintained grounds. The staff were excellent at every stage and incredibly obliging. The food including breakfast was delicious. Every Thurs night is a wonderful barbecue out on the terrace with the backdrop of the gorgeous lake which was a particular highlight. There is decadence, luxury and Italian style throughout the hotel with many gorgeous rooms to enjoy on the main hotel floor. The immaculate bedroom and sumptuous bathroom we had was on the 3rd floor overlooking the lake from a wonderful balcony, a breathtaking view that is imprinted in our minds. For us a very special hotel in a beautiful location with professional exemplary friendly staff. The owner chats to guests every morning at breakfast which is a lovely personal touch. A welcome drink greets you on your arrival at the hotel and a minibar with largely soft drinks and beer is complementary and restocked every day. We also had a complementary bottle of wine in our room and every night with the turn down service some delicious petit fours appeared as an additional treat. The hotel can arrange a private boat from their own jetty to take you to the 3 Borromean islands which though an expensive luxury provides a tailored service that was extra special. A very warm thank you to All the staff who made our stay absolutely amazing. We would return in a heartbeat.

The spa was very relaxing. A lovely place for a quiet comfortable stay. Staff were very helpful. The gym was well equipped. Spa treatments are also recommended

The breakfast was good, lots of options to chose from depending on your personal preference. Location is convenient for not only accessing menaggio, but also the other many towns along the lake. The ferry makes for easy access across the lake. The Piazza is a roughly 20 minute walk from hotel. Its uphill the whole way back but not too bad. You can also drive down, but parking can be tricky if not there early enough. The room was ok, but was a bit tired, worn and in need of renovation. The balcony with partial view of the lake was nice, especially in the morning for sunrise. The room offers little sound muffeling and you could hear the toilets flushing, people opening and closing doors or coughing. The staff were friendly, kind and doing their best to acomodate. Though it felt like they were understaffed and trying to manage a lot. The pool is nice.

Just a good overall value stay, it's quite a far walk to the waterfront and town, not too bad walking downhill but walking uphill all the way back in teh summer months isn't ideal if you're wearing dinner wear. Decent views, rooms are dated and smallish, breakfast and staff are great though, there is a pool which is great and the onsite parking is a bonus as well. I'd stay again but if you want a true Lake Como experience you will want to splurge and get a waterfront property
