Hotel is very Nice, the beach is Amazing, pool and pool restaurant & bar are great and good food Room is very nice but unfortunately service wasn't as expected, we paid 630 euros per night so they can tell us you got only one bottle of water per day, the room you can't open the balcony doors because of the amount of mosquitoes and insects, coffee machine wasn't working and no capsules, poor buffet, too expensive for a 4stars hotel

Beautiful location with clean, cool rooms and great amenities. The beach was great and located close to the large pool. Breakfast was good quality with so many options. The staff made the stay memorable, nothing was too difficult to ask for. The best place to stay on Praslin!

The room was nice overlooking the lagoon. But it had a smell. A musty smell everytime we walked in. I am not sure what it was from. The breakfast was good. There was a good selection of items and the staff was helpful. I wo up avoid the busy time. It’s crazy! Overall our stay at the hotel was nice. I wish the person who checked us in was more attentive and explained where things were and such. Instead, e had to figure out on our own that we needed towel cards, where the towels were and such. While we waited for our room, I watched other employees take guests around and show the things and explain the resort. So make sure you get someone more helpful.
