Belgium Kid friendly Vacations

Our room was clean and roomy. However, the air conditioning did not work and no laundry as advertised. The staff was great and breakfast was tasty. Plenty of coffee available in the room. Location was convenient to the Grand Place.

We had a lovely stay here. Comfortable beds

The room was roomy and gorgeous. The breakfast every morning was better than hoped for and staff couldn’t be more helpful. Absolutely loved my cosmo out on the terrace every evening. The Van Cleef makes you feel like you are a treasured part of the family. Loved Bruges because of staying there.

Very disappointing experience with Hotel Aragon. We had a confirmed reservation, but when we arrived, we were told the hotel was overbooked and we had to move to their sister hotel. Yousef at the front desk told us that our rooms would be upgraded because of the inconvenience. However, when we arrived at the second hotel, only one of the rooms was upgraded. The check-in process there also took a very long time. When we called Yousef about the issue, the first time he said he was busy and couldn’t talk. The second time, his response was basically that they had already provided us with a taxi, as if that made up for everything. We understand that mistakes can happen, but the communication and customer service could have been handled much better. After booking and receiving confirmation for Hotel Aragon, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Excellent Hotel, very centrally located near all the restaurants and place to visit :)

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel, and overall everything was good. The room was comfortable, the service was nice, and we enjoyed our stay. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. We stayed for 6 days, and unfortunately, the food selection was almost the same every day. We would have appreciated more variety and some changes in the daily options, especially for guests staying for several nights. Overall, we had a good experience and would consider staying again, but having a more varied breakfast menu would definitely make the stay even better.

Good location, and the room was a good size. The staff was attentive. The only problem we had was a clogged sink. And the nights were bad for sleeping because the air conditioning wasn't working; we had to open the window a little because of the heat, which caused mosquitoes to get in and leave us covered in bites.
