I don't like the cleaner to clean my room at around 430 pm on 2 days. Hotel replied that they have more than 1000 rooms and will be arranged to clean some room on pm sessions. But I am satisfied with their reply as 4 star hotels should arrange staff to clean the rooms with efficient way.

We stayed at A Taj Hotel for three nights and overall felt very satisfied. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a prime location. The hotel staff were very friendly and friendly. If I come to London again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

Great location,very close to train and tube stations. Staff is helpful, especially manager Barbara - helping me to upgrade from single room to twin room for several days during my two-week stay. Can walk to Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Hyde Park within 10-15 minutes. Quite a lot of restaurants and shops including M&S.
Would definitely stay again.
