Everyone was friendly and kind and the maintenance of the property was stellar they were always cleaning the grounds throughout the day. Room service was always the best available and the food the delivered was great. Water pressure always seemed to run slower between 2-4 I think just a lot of people on premises using the showers before dinner. Jacuzzi was running slow the first few days we arrived so filling it up was difficult. we didn’t end up using our rooftop jacuzzi area like we thought we would but we didn’t enjoy sitting in the deck. We kept to the adult only pool and tried the beach but were always bombarded with people selling you things. Eventually we just have it up and stayed at the pool. All in all it was def relaxing and peaceful and worth the trip.
