棕榈林酒店适合儿童的假期

Dålig väg till hotel. Inte rfraskt.

Fabulous hotel. The all inclusive food at the restaurant had a wide and varied selection. The pools were very clean and there was plenty of sunbeds. The Spa had a wide range of treatments. The 50 minute 'Relaxing Massage' was excellent. The Spa was clean and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and always had a smile. There was nothing negative about my stay. I would highly recommend.

Nice big room, great pool area with lots of sunbeds, no problem finding one free at any time. Great shuttle service into to the city as it's located a couple of kilometers outside (no problems taking a taxi or Uber though). Property is a bit worn down and the buffet gets a bit repetitive after a few days. Not all dishes are that appetizing either tbh. But the big plus is the staff. Never encountered such helpful, happy and serviceminded staff anywhere before! Made the whole stay going from good to really good!

1st room was a very long walk to the restaurant and pool, swapped to 2nd room had a very bad smell, swapped to 3rd room closer all areas of the resort and was comfortable, room furnitures are very old from the 70’s, you have to pay to use safe in the room, front reception staff are very helpful, Wifi very poor, good verity of breakfast, lunch and dinner. All in all, not a bad resort for a low budget.

The hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Everyone, including the kitchen team, was attentive and always willing to assist us. The hotel itself was very clean, peaceful, and quiet, which made our stay especially relaxing after returning from the busy activities and sightseeing in Marrakech. Our only concern was regarding the tour guide who took us to the palaces and through the medina. He initially appeared very professional and trustworthy. However, toward the end of the tour, he took us to a shop away from the busy areas of the medina. Once inside, the shop staff were very aggressive and pressured us to purchase items we did not want. The experience made us uncomfortable and gave us the impression that the guide may have had a connection with the shop or received a commission for bringing tourists there. Because of this experience, we decided to part ways with the guide after the tour, even though he offered to arrange a taxi for us back to the hotel. I believe it is important for the hotel to communicate with the guide about this practice. When a guide is recommended or arranged through the hotel, guests naturally place a certain level of trust in that person. Guides should remain professional and unbiased and should not take guests to shops where they may feel pressured or obligated to make purchases. Aside from this experience with the tour guide, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the wonderful hospitality provided by the

Property is lovely, very clean pool. Location is about 20 minutes outside Marrakech so be aware that, although there is a nice restaurant, if you’re there for a few days you may need to travel out to eat.
