The property is within walking distance to metro station, breakfast places, supermarket and there is a pedestrian overpass (over the highway) to the outlet mall. The staff was very quick to bring extra towels and set up the additional bed we needed in the room. Front desk was also very polite and friendly. The commercial gym at the property with free access to hotel guests is wonderful if you love to workout!

I had surgery and specifically requested a non smoking room prior to check in. Upon arriving to my room, it smelt like cigarette - so the front desk accommodated a room change. The second room also smelt heavily of smoke, and upon requesting for the third time a non-smoking room, I was told the best they can do is to “spray the carpet”. Due to complications second hand smoke can have on bleeding and other surgical risks, I couldn’t even stay my first night. I had to check out within a few hours and the hotel is refusing to provide a refund, even though it was for legitimate medical reasons. They are saying I “refused” a room change, however, it would’ve been my third time changing rooms. At that point is what made clear, no matter which room they put me in, it’s simply not a smoke free hotel, and a “non smoking room” was wrongfully advertised. I am now out $400 and they refuse to refund me.

I've stayed at their other locations and loved them. This one is a big step down. we left after 2 days and moved to another hotel
