This was a very nice apartment for rent.”The Landing” is a company who rents apartments from a complex and furnishes the apartments to rent out for one night or for a month or more. Everything was spot on! Some places you rent for short term, they ask you to wash your bedding etc before leaving. None of that! It’s a very quiet community, dog park, pool. However, you cannot get help from the apartment complex with your codes etc. It’s a sublet apartment. Codes and wifi you must contact “The Landing” and not Expedia or the “Arcadia apartment office” When you check in to the Landing online, they will take you through everything. Thankfully I did screenshot each page I checked because I was never able to access their app that they ask you to download and use. You need to save the key code for the front door that you are given. Save it because everytime you need to go in the building, you must use. Then you will have a code for your apartment door. The door has a “smart door lock”. We had never seen one of these. We were totally stumped at first. They don’t explain it. It’s an all black door knob and all you need to do is touch the knob and it will light up with white numbers like a clock and you punch in the code to the apartment. You do need to turn the deadbolt away from the door jam to unlock. When you leave, make sure you deadbolt the door.

The resort was beautiful, as was the beach & beach club we were able to use at the Watercolor resort. Staff were unbelievable, so helpful and friendly. Lots of little extras and was great that we were here on a Monday as between 4-9pm there was 50% off food & drink for member Monday. I have no negatives about Camp Creek Inn, I didn’t get to play golf but the courses looked unbelievable and would definitely look to use them if I came back. A wonderful stay for our wedding anniversary and was acknowledged by the staff who brought us out a complimentary dessert with happy anniversary written on the plate which was a nice touch. Would return without hesitation, a fantastic resort and everything and more than we had hoped for.

Room and property was top Tier.

Perfect location right outside of Pier Park area so easy to get in and out of Condo! Beach access! Room looked exactly like the pictures! Amazing experience! Will definitely be back!! Everyone down to the other tenants and guest were amazing! Wish I was still there!

Perfect location great staff and tons around to shop and dine

We had a good stay overall. The property is on the bay side, so there is no direct beach access, but the free shuttle to the beach across the road was convenient. Driving to the beach is also an option. One thing to note is that a golf cart is not included with the package, so plan accordingly. The property itself is a bit dated, including some of the appliances, but it is very well maintained and comfortable for a short family trip. We enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beaches and nearby attractions. Overall, it was a pleasant and practical stay for the price.
