Dead cockroach in dinning area, little and low quality food, bad smell in the room.

This is not a hotel, it’s a timeshare. Upon arrival they told us we will have a room change the next morning because the people assigned to the time-share will be arriving the next day. The condos are not cleaned thoroughly, we had to ask the front desk to send someone to vacuum the carpet of our second condo; it was obviously dirty with food crumbs, toe nails, dirt. They don’t dust either, we ended up doing our own dusting and cleaning surfaces once we moved in. The couches are old and look dirty, we used bed sheets to put on top on couches so we can seat on it. We also didn’t walk bare feet on the carpet even after they vacuumed, it just looked old and dirty. The climb from the parking lot up to the condo was disappointing and not welcoming, the hallways floors were dirty and dark. As far as the rest of the Sandestin resort, it was nice and no complaint there. We were able to enjoy the beach area, pool, laundry and restaurant. The employees working in the building were friendly and helped with our needs.

The property was okay. The views and beach access was great but this property needs some attention. We had a couple minor issues but the property management were very attentive and helpful which was appreciated. The first floor patio furniture was terrible. The corners of the square metal table were completely rusted through and the chairs had rust stains running down them and the round outdoor table was broken within itself, all should be thrown away. It’s a nice property, but needs some TLC.

No front desk staff. We had to keep washing our towels to have clean ones. Its very inconvenient to have to go across the highway to the main office everytime you need something. Probably just go back to hilton next time
