Appartments were very spacious and spotless
Very well equipped and nice view
However it was quite a walk to the old town and we missed a holiday vibe there
Pool was fairly big but no one around despite it being half term and bar seemed shut
So a good base but not for a family holiday

No drinking water in the room, the front desk send me to a gas station down the street. Bathroom had urine on the floor in front of the toilet and used shaving blade in the shower. Parking only for minicars so I had to park on the sidewalk.

The hotel has some real strengths, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing.
The rooms are modern, spacious, and well maintained, and the pool area with the adjacent water park is excellent. It was definitely the highlight of our stay.
The biggest downside is how restrictive and money-oriented the hotel feels. I’ve stayed at many all-inclusive resorts, and this is the first time I’ve received such a long list of extra charges and limitations. If you arrive before check-in or leave after check-out, you’ll have to pay €50 just to receive a wristband for basic services like drinks, meals, or even a pool towel. Even early access to a ready room costs an extra €50.
The water park is also disappointing in its policies. Only all-inclusive guests can enter, and even them are not allowed to bring any drinks inside, not even water or baby water. Instead, you’re expected to buy drinks from the bar inside.
The food was another weak point. Breakfast had very limited variety, while lunch, dinner, and snacks offered more options but the quality was below average. Most of the meat was dry, and there weren’t enough fresh vegetables or salads.
This hotel has great potential thanks to its rooms and pool facilities, but the overly restrictive policies and constant extra charges really hurt the experience. Unless you find it at a significantly lower price than comparable hotels, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Very impressed with this hotel. Everything was clean and spot on. The staff were excellent and always at hand to help. My daughter wasn’t well and the next morning at breakfast she was asked by so many staff how she was feeling.

Hotel was a good standard, wouldn’t say 5 star but the food was very good, only buffet option included within all inclusive package, which wasn’t clear on booking. Plenty of choice and very nice food, wouldn’t say there was much choice for children. Staff were very attentive at clearing finished plates and rubbish. Pool area was again well kept with very helpful staff.
The pool bar wasn’t very 5 star, all fried food and again only certain food and drink included within AI.
The housekeeping wasn’t great with replenishment of coffee, tissues, etc. All the towels and robes were old and grey and most definitely not what I would expect from a supposed 5 star hotel.
All in all we had a great stay and would go again but some improvements could be made.
