Egypt Luxury Vacations

I loved this hotel because, it’s classy but not fancy It has a beautiful pool on the Nile It has several restaurants, the Italian one is amazing! The staff are so friendly and helpful. I forgot my phone in a taxi 😱and they managed to save my vacation by getting it back in my hands !!!!! This whole vibe is very chill and unpretentious. I will def stay here again . Steve S NYC

Hotel muy recomendado para hospedarte en Luxor, el hotel está impecable y con buenos servicios, el desayuno es muy variado y delicioso

Location, and view amazing beautiful Worse internet ever (wifi ) as hotel like this soooooooo bad

I recommand the hotel Pool - sea - rooms Everything was great Which is not good you will found yourself charged for coffee or ice cream or Indian/kababgy restaurants So it’s not all inclusive as it should All meals in 2 restaurants and it is the bad point on hotel Very small restaurants No varieties of food Same I food every day

Brand new Hotel, very clean and with ample and spacious rooms. Beach and sea are at a walking distance. Pools and water games available. Excellent location for families with children. Staff should be more forthcoming. Unfortunately food quality is mediocre in general and really bad at the Italian restaurant and at the fast food in front of the water games. It is impossible to have a decent hamburger, an edible pizza or even good fries. Internet is present but it is not stable. The entertainment team is annoying and pushy, lacking manners as well. On the positive side there are many possible outdoor activities very well organized (horse riding, dune buggies, sea excursions etc). With some management efforts it could really be a fantastic place to stay.

The staff were excellent, especially Hussan our pool attendant/life guard nothing was too much trouble, always smiling and very friendly. Another shout out to Youseff the barman from the waterfall grill bar, again nothing was too much trouble. Them alone deserve 5*

The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained, bathrooms need updating. Staff go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable . We we would like to thank front desk manager as he made our stay very special. Bear in mind the hotel is a little bit out of the way from Old Town or other attractions.

Very good. Reception was a little slow and what would normally be a minor issue re room upgrade was more challenging than elsewhere. On the plus side, the shower was fantastic, house keeping excellent, concierge terrific, restaurants very good, breakfast good. The important question would I recommend the Four Seasonns, the answer is yes
