Fantastic holiday. Complex clean, staff all friendly and plenty of restaurants within a max 20 min walk away. We stayed 12 days and didn’t eat at the same place twice. We managed the walk to los abrigos in 15 minutes with a 7&10 year old. We used taxis for beach days, water park and money world. Our 2 bedroom apartment was immaculate and plenty of space. 2 bathrooms, aircon throughout and a lovely sea view. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and already looking at next year!

The room was good but not fully clean upon arrival, it was sorted by housekeeping the next day though.
The largest pool, pool bar and beach bar were closed for refurbishment forcing everyone to the smaller splash pool which was ok but the staff struggled to deal with the number of people.
The service was good but at meal times you were basically limited to one drink. It all felt rushed and not relaxing.
The pool itself was poorly maintained too. Both my son’s cut their hands and feet on numerous occasions on sharp or missing tiles, once needing first aid from the lifeguard. Another child cut the end off his toe.

Wonderful hotel, stunning pool, reasonable gym, great buffet breakfast, good range of entertainment every evening. Easy and free parking if you’ve hired a car. Stunning views of the coast from rooms and from the very nice bar. Lovely rooms with decent king size bed and nice bathroom/decent shower. A good 25 min walk to main restaurants and bars (we got a taxi for €5 each way which took 5 mins). Nearby about a 5 min walk, there is a great Indian restaurant that we ate at, there is a Thai and Italian restaurant and a little shopping mall which is modern and a good range of shops and a supermarket. Recommended.
