I will never stay here again,came in on June for 4 days and the Nora virus was around(nobody told us anything) and all 3 of us got terribly sick for 2 weeks,they had loud music until 0200 AM on Wednesday s so we couldn’t sleep either,bathrooms are terrible and the sound of frogs at night makes it look like you are sleeping with a smoke detector all night going off, we returned 2 days ago(only available hotel unfortunately due to the spice festival) and after 2 days we just left,first night no hot water to shower and no repairmen available until the next day,people screaming on the pool until 0230 AM and then again at 0800 AM and if the noise was not enough they have construction going on since 0700 AM,roaches everywhere (totally disgusting) and when staff was informed they didn’t seem to care or offered any kind of apologies for all the shortcomings,do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

A real jewel! We were excited about the service, the cleanliness of the rooms and property but especially about the professionalism and friendliness/warmness of the staff and the exceptional food: wow about the food! Loved it and congrats to the owners and team for creating such a special place!

That hill to walk off premises is a killer. I suggest an electric golf cart of sorts with staff to ferry guests up and down the hill to be a good idea. Otherwise everything was fine. Good value for the money I spent and time of the year (Spicemas).
