Northern Alps Pet-friendly Vacations

We overall enjoyed our stay at the Addiago Aparthotel There was a bit of an issue when we first arrived. We were given a room above a skate boarding event that was happening the whole weekend during our stay , we were not aware of this when we booked But the wonderful staff member who was on duty each afternoon/night shift during our stay assisted with giving us a room on a quieter side of hotel which was very appreciated and allowed us to be able to sleep as the event went on late in the night with loud music Also the English Channel wasn’t working so he gave us one morning breakfast as a gesture of apology which I think is absolutely wonderful customer service The apartment was well equipped and enough space for two Balcony good size with view of mountains Apartment was clean The bed I found a bit hard Close to bus terminal and train station Close to a supermarket Approx 10min walk to lake and old town Again A big thank you to the guy on duty you went above and beyond customer service it made a stay very enjoyable

The place if hotel is little bit far from city need car to reach But the view from hotel very beautiful

Lovely hotel, real winter luxury. Ski in/out particularly convenient and staff were very helpful.

Had an amazing stay at the altapura, read a few reviews a few days before we went and were worried, but it was great. Main complaints were about how hot the rooms were, which were understandable, but opening the window solved that. The other critique we read was about the restaurants and choice of food for half board. Breakfast was buffet and had a great selection. Dinner you get 65 euros contribution each evening towards food, which you can choose from the menu of the 3 different restaurants they have. European, Japanese and a cheese place. The food is all cooked fresh and to a great standard. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the hotel is in my opnion in the perfect location, ski in skin out, not far from several ski lifts, but not in thr centre of town so you don't get all the noise and footfall. Beds were really comfy, overall had a great experience and will be back next year!

An enjoyable stay at the Hotel Lyret during the "off season." The front desk staff were helpful and cheerful. The room offered spectacular views of the surrounding snow-capped hills and Mont Blanc. The hotel features a small spa that can be booked for sauna and steam-room sessions. A small pool and welcoming outdoor area offer skiers and outdoor enthusiasts respite depending on the season. A breakfast area, fireplace, and comfy seating are on offer to guests.

We had some issues with hot water some nights but it was a good stay

Clean room, helpful staff overall. Solved a recurrent plug issue in bathroom. Good facilties.
