"The checkin was easy and smooth. The apartment was outstanding and had plenty of glasses, dishes and plates for multiple meals. The combo washing machine/dryer was awesome to have. The only issue was the reservations needed for the sauna area from 5-8 which we missed out on. "

"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. "Our family of 4 stayed in a mezzanine room which was perfect for our 2 days. Plenty of room, decor was fresh. The other areas of the hotel were well maintained. The pool was small but perfect place for a dip at the end of a tiring day. We didn’t go to the restaurant but got our breakfast at the bakery which did excellent pastries and coffee as well as sandwiches to take away. The Cedar bar did lovely cocktails with a beautiful view over the lake. Perfect location - few mins walk into the old town and lake."

"Room was good size and it was clean. Beds were comfortable and toilet was clean. Air conditioning was ok not cold enough. There was no mini fridge or coffee in the room. The vendor machine sometimes doesn’t work but still charge. They offered free parking and location was great 10 mins drive from central Annecy Lake. I wish we would have stayed longer to explore more."
