The service was excellent, the staff very friendly and attentive at all times. The food was varied. The hotel was very clean. Highly recommended!!!

It was very relaxing to stay at the historical and cutely renovated apartment. Great aesthetic. Lively apartment, very well decorated! Right the middle of everything in the beautiful town of Casco Veijo. Vibrant lanes, boutique stores, cafes and restaurants near by. We had an amazing time staying for 2 nights at this apartment.

Very nice hotel and great staff. The hotel was centeral to everything with short cab rides around. Uber is decently priced. You can walk around the area to get to the mall but there’s a lot of car traffic and no real side walks so be careful crossing the street. The amenities are nice gym/pool even though I didn’t get to use them. Breakfast was included it was average but there are opinions for all. Overall I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and the room was nice. They give you slippers and robes. Staff was good although the cafe near check in tried to charge me for a plastic cup.

The dolphin sunset tour is an absolute must—it was magical and one of the highlights of our trip. We loved our stay so much that I actually cried when it was time to leave. We’re already looking forward to returning for our 11th anniversary. If you’re looking for a once-in-a-lifetime experience, this is the place.

Red frog and the staff were excellent, we loved our stay and would be happy to come back. The only reason we give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because a good amount of amenities were closed : the pool, zipline, one of the restaurants, and the market. The staff did a good job making up for these closures, they were amazing! But if you’re booked for these you may want to be aware before you arrive.

Great experience, beautiful apartment. Minor maintenance issues that were addressed in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!
