A glorious sanctuary in the heart of Sydney with true soul, charm and character. Every detail is luxe and delightful - from the grandest of beds, to the deep soaking tub and the free zooper doopers (omg!) - Medusa has everything you could want, along with the loveliest and most hospitable team! & For design lovers like me it is a wonderland of treasures - been twice in the last year and was delighted to discover new additions to the eclectic decor, as well as the cutest new house cat. A true gem - I cannot reccomend more highly! Will be back!

Locally is good, walking distance to shopping and dining. Toilet is very smelly, and I advise all the guests to clean the kettle thoroughly before using, I found it very sticky inside.

we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms, there were cockroaches in our room two nights out of the five days, bed was uncomfortable and air con control is difficult to maintain a good temperture.
