Northern Beaches Pet-friendly Vacations

Very clean and well equipped apartment room. Very good air conditioning that could be easily adjusted. Comfortable bed and big windows with a balcony. There is also a kitchenette in the room. Nice hot shower and spacious bathroom area. Check in was very easy and the staff let us leave our bags all day after checking out at no extra free. No noise at night. Highly recommend.

Breakfast buffet was great - lots of options, fresh, and great staff. The space is also very relaxing and cosy.

Beautifully redecorated rooms, with plenty of space for families and stunning views of the water. Restaurants and bars really well appointed, and centrally located for a staycay that feels beachy whilst easy access to the city. The bar is quite noisy on fri/sat as filters into the beachfront rooms, generally OK but harder when travelling with kids. Some fabulous staff and a few less so, hence the 4/5 for that.

There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive

Furniture is dated but room was big and clean for our family of 4.

Room clean. Outdated. Permanent stains on table and in bath tub I suspect as opposed to not being clean. Good bathroom amenities. Poor coffee making amenities. Overall good stay. Would stay again if in the same areas.

Friendly staff, lovely rooms, great amenities. It was a lovely staycation, thr team are hospitable. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Aircon was perfect during my stay. There’s small window that I can see people activity outside The Woolworth shop seemed open 24 hours and convenient to buy things I need. Basically I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. My room was spotless and big enough to put my language even for 2 people. Next time visit I’ll stay in this hotel again

Capella Sydney is elegance done right. Everything was beautifully considered, from the design to the service. The atmosphere felt refined, warm, and effortless. A truly polished stay, and one I would gladly return to.

The relaxed environment and professional service in a beautifully natural setting was very much worth the money to stay. I absolutely recommend.
