Si quieren esta a otro nivel en key west visiten esta propiedad puro lujo atencion limpieza bien sitiada a unos metros de duval en fin si quieres ver el valor de tu dinero reserva en este lugar es un sueño o una pelicula de cualquiera es lo mejor que he visto en key west si le parece caro no lo es creeanme no lo es y de desayuno el mejor servido u fresca yo regresare de seguro si señor

We really wanted to love the charm of Cheeca.While the beds are comfortable and some staff are wonderful, the property feels like it's resting on its reputation. For the price, the maintenance issues and inconsistent policies make it feel more like a strong 3-star hotel than a 5-star resort. The room had a persistent "humid" smell. The shower seals are broken, so the floor floods every time we shower. We also found the soundproofing poor—we could hear conversations from the room next door quite clearly. If you book here, I highly recommend requesting a newer Ocean-facing room to avoid these maintenance issues. The food is acceptable and the service was a rollercoaster. A shoutout to Damian, who was fantastic with allergies and preferences, and the manager, Jimmy, who really tried to make things right. General cleanliness at Atlantic's Edge was disappointing—we often saw food debris under tables that were supposedly "ready" for new guests. Also, when our bathroom flooded, we called the front desk for towels and a bath mat, but they never arrived. The Pool for kids is small (pics are misleading) and the staff can be strict and inconsistent. We were kicked out of the pool at 5:25PM because it was "closing," even though the posted rules said "Sunset" (which wasn't until 6:00 PM). On top of our prepaid stay, the hotel initially placed a $1,400 incidental hold on our card. This was a mistake, and after I told them they later refunded it but it was a stressful surprise.

The bedding was not up to standard, the pillows smelled bad.

Todo muy bien a pesar de que nos dieron una suite para discapacitados pero eso no importa. Lo único es que no nos avisaron al check in que el aseo no lo hacen todos los días sino día de por medio y una falla es que no nos pusieron jabón líquido el cual se acabó antes. Pero eso no es nada comparado con todo lo demás que estuvo excelente!!
