Do to unforeseen circumstances our room was moderately upgraded and if it had not been I don’t think we would have been as happy with our room and its location with this package. The original room was farthest away from beach, room was smaller and bed didn’t appear to be a king? Where we ended up was much nicer. And they ask you upon arrival if you want to upgrade your room at an additional cost.

For such an expensive resort, you really don’t get the “resort vibe.” Pools were SO crowded and the beach was gross. Two out of the three pools have DJs and activities every day, the “serenity pool” is quiet but it’s in the middle of a parking lot next to Duval street. Didn’t feel like a fair choice for guests. Overall, the pictures make the resort look beautiful, but we felt a little catfished. Most of the staff we encountered were either very flat or rude. On our first full day, we came back to our room at 4:30pm and house keeping had not been in yet, I called to request fresh towels and the woman on the phone rudely said, “they work until 5pm, they’ll be in when they have time.” Also, the beach attendant, Christopher, needs to work on his customer service. We saw 2 open lounge chairs and sat down, he yelled over to us and asked if we wanted to sit there and then proceeded to say “you come see me first next time, I’ll let it slide this time.” We had no idea there was a beach attendant, we were embarrassed and felt uncomfortable for the remainder of the afternoon. We ended up leaving the beach early. This resort is not cheap, we wanted a somewhat luxury experience but we’re very disappointed with the overall stay.

Overall this is a real nice resort, we have stayed there 4 xs. The location is within walking distance to alot of sites, especially Duval St. There are 2 pools with bars, where you can also order food, delivered from the onsite restaurant. There's also an adult pool, which we have not visited. There is a beach right on the property with lounges and umbrellas. The staff has also been very friendly and helpful. The food from the onsite restaurant, is always very good, along with the drink/cocktail selection.

Location was great! Rooms were clean and nice. Too many roosters roam the resort and crow at all times (sound machines help drown out the noise at night). Beach area was great. Christopher, the beach attendant who was there the entire weekend we were there, can be overbearing. He can use a seminar on how to be tactful in his tone about the beach chairs. Otherwise, my friends and I had a great time!

The best part of this hotel is its location near Duval Street the room was nice and the bathroom large but water pressure in the shower was weak and no door on the toilet room. Beach was small and the amount of chairs and umbrellas was disappointing, especially since there was a resort fee of $65 a day.

Our trip was Thursday, March 19, 2026 to Tuesday, March 24, 2026. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. we had a partial ocean view room which was great. The breakfast at the restaurant was very filling. We had lunch at the Shore's bar one day and it was delicious. The only complaint I do have is with housekeeping. They never changed the sheets and pillowcases. I know this because my mascara was on my pillow for the whole length of our trip, and that kind of made me cringe. I would've said something but the language barrier was a little bit of a problem. They also did not leave cups or toilet paper.

Great location! Walking distance to everything. The resort is very nice! Get a room with an ocean view, it will be worth it. The staff does a great job to accommodate guests. They will respond to a text message within minutes (if not sooner). The rooster are everywhere and make lots of noise which is unfortunate.

Nice location close to Duval St, small but nice beach and beach cafe, 3 pools, southernmost point, etc. My only complaints about the hotel are that they do not have enough lounge chairs for the pools and everyone gets up early to reserve a spot, the tv satellite service is awful, and the front desk is
