可能隔音問題及住客問題。 關門聲很大，聽到其他房的住客說話及電視聲好大。 半夜，深夜，早上，都好嘈。

房門口有那隙、洗手間放紙巾位置是爛的、毛巾又骯髒又破、櫃門又壞、衣櫃門又壞，房間沒紙巾和椅子、花灑時熱時冷。 第一晚在酒店洗澡的時候是約11:50，致電到前台叫我們等5分鐘會派人到我房間，但等到12時12分左右都沒人來，我們再打到前台又叫我們等5分鐘，今次是個女前台員工，超沒禮貌的，我想再說話但電話馬上掛掉了。。。之後等到差點睡著，自己再去試試有沒有水洗澡發現有就馬上沖，到我男朋友沖到一半又沒水了，最後我用杯裝洗手盆的水幫他沖走剩下的泡沫，我吹頭又發現風筒鬆的。。 然後到最後一天零晨12時，因為我們是要零晨兩點出發去機場的，check out前想刷牙但牙膏用完了，打去前台又是那位女服務員聽電話，很沒禮貌說他們沒牙膏的，我接著想說我昨天才問過為什麼今天怎麼沒有，但我未說完她就掛掉了電話。。 其後我到前台checkout時順便想托酒店代寄我的明信片，但那女服務員說他們沒有人會幫我帶我的明信片去郵局，我回她說：我今天下午已經問過了，你同事說有的，她說：問過也沒用，我們沒人會幫你送過去的，你放在這裡可能要一年才有機會送你的卡到郵局。 其實酒店內其他職員禮貌很好的，但就是這位女職員態度十分之差，加上酒店房內的設備品質十分差。

Room service很好 cream卡邦尼寛條麵十分好吃！ 房間很大，又能看到海:-) 員工都頗有禮貌。 清潔姨姨清潔房間時，忘了補充洗頭水和沖涼液。 另外，沐浴設備十分差，水會一時冷一時熱。

Location is very good to be close to the Karon beach and also near Paying and Kara. The hotel breakfast buffet had many foods for option. The taste was good and the view was wide too.

Pool side room, nice view, enjoy swimming, but a lot of mosquitoes in the room, a bit annoying

本人入住帶有私人泳池的房間，(1)冷氣出口竟然設定在浴室內，睡房相對比較焗。(2)浴室中沖涼地方是可以作為浴缸的，但因為是一個四方形的石缸，酒店沒有細心的清潔，以至距離花灑較遠的兩邊石缸角積聚了沒沖走的污漬(似是沐浴露或洗頭水遺下的殘餘)。其他的都很滿意，職員的服務十分好。
