Cyprus Ski Vacations

We had a great 10 days at Azzurro Luxury Holiday Villas. Although I must agree with other reviews that I wouldn't describe the villas as luxury. However, all of the bedrooms are en-suite, the villa is clean, spacious, comfortable and has everything you could need for a relaxing holiday with the added bonus of the lovely Harry on reception. If you need anything at all Harry is just a few steps away and can help with just about anything. He is a mine of information and will advise on shops, restaurants, places to visit, etc. He even booked us on a great day out on a glass bottom boat to visit the Blue Lagoon and secured the booking for us at an exceptionally good price. We stayed in Villa no 2 and it was fantastic. The pool is lovely, there is shade outside should you need it and the sea views from the balconies are amazing. The only issue is that you will need a car to get around. There is a restaurant in walking distance at the end of the road, fusion@namos, where you will be greeted by the lovely Paul who is an ex-met police officer with some great stories to tell. The food is great but they had quite a limited menu when we were there as they had only just opened, hopefully this will improve as they get busier. I can highly recommend Azzurro, we were sad to leave and hope to return soon.

Very nice! We were happy

It was our honeymoon and we arrived at night and surprised that we got upgraded and have jacuzzi in our room, the hotel left us a fruits, champagne 🍾, and a welcome card with warming greeting and blessings for us. We were so high and feel so good about that, and we're amazed that this hotel has a very high standardts and good service. We will definitely recommend to people to come and enjoy there time there, and book their vacation there! Thank you so much 💓

The rooms were clean and relatively new looking. Beds were comfortable and aircon was great. The pool itself is great, however everything around it just looks a bit dated. There are plenty of sun loungers (or there were when we were staying in October). The beach right by the hotel is less of a beach and more of a muddy/grassy area. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. The dining area is very basic/dated looking. Plenty of choice for the food.

Property is clean, but poorly maintained. I believe it is in receivership and is owned by the bank. The TV only has about 5 channels, all Greek. The sauna and steam room are out of order. The floor in the gym is cracked and warped. Dinner in the restuarant was, at best, average but edible. Breakfasts were good. Pool was clean and well kept. The buildings were in need of a good painting, repair to cracked and broken tiles and some plaster work. If the proper renovations and repairs were done, the hotel would be amazing. Also, despite numerous emails to both hotels, I never received a response. Expedia only answered my question 2 days into my stay. With regard to the Expedia experience, I tried to book for the Blue Lagoon Hotel and the site kept taking me to Capital Coast Hotel. As I was unfamiliar with the site, I checked and both hotels had the same address. I assumed therefore that they were the same. This is not the case. The Blue Lagoon is the kosher establishment housed in the same hotel. This created problems for us. Expedia should be more careful and honest by warning on the booking that this is or is not the kosher hotel at the same site. b

Very loud music right outside room until 23, no actual sea view (but was advertised) and a fully occupied breakfast with bad scrambled eggs. This only felt like a waste of money and we will not return.
