Very kind and helpful staff

The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!

Property was in a perfect location. Overall we had a very comfortable stay with good food served for breakfast and dinner. It was a very small room but very adorable and quaint. Bed was hard but somehow we slept well. We had an issue with water leaking in the washroom floor from shower and toilet. The pool needs some maintenance but it was a godsend to have available to us. We would definitely stay there again. Overall it was a clean and beautiful hotel.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. Breakfast had a good variety and everything was fresh. The spa was relaxing and added to the overall experience. The location was perfect for exploring the area. We truly enjoyed every moment and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

I wish I could give this hotel 6 stars. The hotel itself was beautiful and right on the beach. It’s family friendly but also enjoyable for young adults on vacation. The location is right outside of the heart of Sorrento which they offer a free ten minute shuttle to and from with multiple times available. We booked multiple tours with them which was so convenient not having to worry about anything. The receptionist Claudia was outstanding as well as all of the staff being so friendly. I rarely write reviews but this hotel is extraordinary. We will definitely be back!

Manager very helpful. Nothing too much trouble, and useful advice! Staff, polite and good English. Rooms clean, great cleaners. Parking spacious. small walk uphill to hotel from car park. Good view of Vesuvious. Nice pool area

Great place to stay! Very clean, cultural in design, helpful staff, and nice breakfast in the morning (10 euros each person per day). The only down side I would say is that you cannot bring outside food or drink because they would have to separate everything out for disposal- from my understanding. It is a bit of a walk to the center plaza, but well worth the views!
