Everything was absolutely wonderful!! the property exceeded my expectations beyond belief. I would definitely book again and recommend to my family and friends. The young lady at the checkout desk was extremely helpful and had a great personality as well.

Beautiful and quite.

My stay was absolutely lovely, just far too short! It truly feels like a secret hideaway, perfect for comfort, peace, and relaxation. The pool, breathtaking views, delicious food, and wonderful staff were all amazing. And the rooms? OMG so scenic and beautifully designed! I can always appreciate thoughtful architecture and attention to detail. Nina gave me a 10/10 massage, and Jen was an absolute doll so warm and welcoming. Overall, such a beautiful experience, and I’ll definitely make it a point to visit anytime I’m in Grenada. ❤️

My stay was disappointing. Whilst most of the staff at Royalton were wonderful and the gardens and surroundings were well maintained, some of the areas of the property were shabby and dated. But what was strongly lacking was any strong management backup and infrastructure support. In other words a strong disconnect exists between Management and Guests. On arrival I was not given much information about my stay: I was not given the in-resort credit book, the App would not allow me to book dinner reservations, a complete lack of explanation as to what was ‘included’ and what was ‘extra’, no explanation of the layout of the resort etc etc which resulted in me having to repeatedly refer back to reception….annoying, unnecessary and a waste of my time but most of all I felt ‘un-looked-after’ which I have always perceived as a very important ingredient of a ‘luxury’ resort. Along with cheap nasty pillows in my room, no kettle in the room (again I had to ask for one), a total reliance on ‘using the dysfunctional App (when I would rather have left my phone in the safe since I was on holiday) etc etc, I felt that the whole experience did not add up to a luxury holiday.

This was by far my favorite hotel so far! I can't express how wonderful the staff was. They were the Niiicest people I have ever met. The accommodations were amazing, everything was clean, fresh and prompt and the food was wonderful. Seriously....The staff was absolutely amazing!!! That can make or break a vacation, and they make me want to come back, so happy with my stay.
