This is one of the most spectacular places I’ve ever stayed. The room was very large with a beautiful patio overlooking Lake Como. The breakfast was large and amazing serving foods from their own private gardens. Mary and her staff are outstanding and I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Don’t miss a chance to stay here! Our stay at the Charming Bellagio Boutique Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is private and quaint away from all the noise of the main city center. The people running the hotel are very welcoming and accommodating. Everything about this property is fantastic, beginning with the 5 star attentiveness and help that Arianna gave us. The apartment is thoroughly updated and will full amenities, including a washer/dryer which came in handy during our three week vacation tour. Spacious apartment at the top of one of the beautiful winding pathways from the main boat terminal . Location couldn’t be better. French press and another coffee machine for use. In-room Washing machine for your dirty clothes and a big balcony to dry them like the locals. Staff is super helpful, you can reach them after hours on WhatsApp and they respond quickly. Absolutely loved my experience at Locanda Della Maria. During my search for a hotel in Lake Como, I found most of the accommodations to be outdated and super expensive. Locanda Della Maria is not only extremely affordable relative to other options, but it is contemporary and very clean! AC works great and a fantastic breakfast is included (coffee, fruits, cereals, croissants, breads, meats, cheeses, and cakes). Hotel staff service is excellent, served chilled juice at check in and always were helpful. Recommend having them set up a rental boat for you! The pool is heated and comfortable. Close to town. Only complaint was the bed is to firm. But I'd still come back happily!!

Gorgeous hotel with amazing views of the city. Although it is a little outside the city, you can walk (about 30-45 minutes) or the hotel provides transportation at certain times of the day.

Very nicely kept property, spotlessly clean room. The building is a little hard to find, the piazza that is located at is a tiny roundabout, make sure you closely follow google map directions which are accurate. Francesca who runs the guesthouse is great, and really made the experience very easy and pleasant. Outstanding visit--very classy place! Felt like an Italian princepessa in her family palazzo! Shopping out the front door, excellent meals at 1-star Michelin restaurant, Mistral, and the lakeside cafe. Breakfast was an unexpected feast, beautifully presented. Staff could not be better, Concierge happy to help with the smallest of questions and details. Lake Como is stunning, and Serbelloni is well-known for excellence in this part of the world.

We had a lovely two night stay. The innkeepers were friendly and very accommodating telling us about the things to do in the area. There was a resident cat who was friendly and we appreciated that as we were missing our two cats. They made hot chocolate for us one evening and the other evening they brought beer and wine to our room. We had a balcony with lake view which was gorgeous.

I loved this adorable apartment! Opening up the balcony and hearing everyone walk by was so fun. It was in the perfect area and I had a great time. I wish I had time to use the pool, it looked gorgeous.

Even though the elevator was out and we had to use stairs, all the other sevices compensate for that,

Was an amazing hotel with gorgeous lake views and the staff were very friendly. The lady went out of her way to set me up with a taxi and also made sure she had a pot of coffee ready for me as I had an early departure.

Very nice..hotel was efficiently equipped closed to the main shopping area and transportation.. with a beautiful panoramic view.

This hotel was a complete surprise! The setting overlooking Lake Como and the surrounding mountains was spectacular! We couldn’t get enough of our balcony view and our breakfast on the Terrace each morning. The staff was amazing! It’s a quiet, family run hotel which was perfect for us. Though we booked for one night, we stayed three nights!
