Weekend getaways in Somerset

It was very clean. And the area was quiet. Great nights sleep.

Everything is clean and new and comfy. The staff was nice and the included breakfast was real good selection wise.

Any time I stay at a Hampton in I know I will be happy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are always so nice and clean. See you next stay

Easy check in

We stayed at the Hampton Inn for 3 nights while we took our daughter to Nickelodeon Universe. Before we even checked in we had to add a night on because we cancelled our earlier plans. Seth I believe his name was, was super nice! He even made a note that we would be arriving late. Check in was smooth and took only a few mins. Our room was very clean and was tidied up daily while we were away. I wish that there was an exhaust in the shower though, when we took hot showers there was no place for...

Check in was great. The front staff was exceptional. I had called about a week before the stay to make sure the pool was open. The front staff person asked me if I had called last week. I was surprised that she remembered. The suite was wonderful. Very spacious. Super comfortable beds and bedding. The living space had a fold out bed kitchen and an incredible amount of closet and storage space. There were two large screen televisions. There was traffic noise, but I expected it for how convenient...

We were greeted and checked in by Joe. He was friendly and had good humor adding laughs after our long drive that day. He took the time to tell us where everything was in the hotel and explain morning breakfast. Which was delicious! Thank you for a great stay!

The stay was perfect, I was surprised how nice it was. As someone that often stays at hotels, I was impressed. It is a 3 star hotel, but they treat it like it's 5 star. The staff were incredible. The person that checked me in and out went above and beyond, but all of the staff I interacted were super helpful. The pool was small, but super pleasant. Everything was super clean. There's even a little restaurant!

Stayed at this hotel with my family. The kids loved the pool area and outdoor patio space. Lovely restaurant out front and a connected Starbucks! Enjoyed the delicious included breakfast. Recommended for families with small children. 10/10.

We stayed 8 nights. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our 1 bedroom suite was large, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the evening social Mon. through Thurs. Featuring complimentary wine, beer, and food. We would recommend this hotel to anyone, and we'll definitely stay again when visiting in the area.
