"Had a 2 night stay and room was big warm and bed comfy. I stayed with my bf. I know Coventry well. Ibis is about 8 mins walk to the city. Shops good and coffee shops. Car park charges reasonable. Staff friendly. Did ask for more milk and coffee for room. Never had breakfast. Shame no mini fridge would have made it almost perfect. We had room 106 some people drunk outside woke up at 1.20am phoned reception to be told they had already been asked to be quiet he must’ve told them as it went quiet 7...

First receptionist absolutely terrible (seemed like she didn’t want to work) but excellent customer care from one on the second day. Overall stay was average"
