“We are happy to stay at a quiet, welcome hotel. Feel comfortable Not just Only the big comfortable bed, perfect location, fresh and yummy food, but also the warm & helpful staffs and the express checkin checkout. Its perfect if provide the conditioner and body lotion at the cold and dry weather. We enjoy the time and will stay again. ”

“Clean room and close to city center”

“Food was very good, reception very helpful, room very quirky. I had to book a family room as last one left - was the only room on the top floor built into the eaves. Two double bedrooms, very spacious and nice and quiet. Be aware that the rooms are in an apartment style building (bit like Butlins) across the car park. There is no lift - I was on the 2nd floor and struggled a bit with my suitcase as I have a bad hip (age!). I would also recommend to the hotel that they put some grab bars in……

“DO NOT STAY HERE. I had booked this property a week in advance and on the day i was told there was no room for me as they did not block out the bookings when they were fully booked. They claimed they had sent a message on the portal “hours in advance” However, prior to my arrival there was no message or attempt to contact myself to let me know that the property was already booked up. Thos is quite dangerous considering i am a young female travelling to a coty i do not know in the dark. I am yet……

“Communication regarding check-in was awful. Room was really cold when I got in. Couldn't lock door at first, had to mess about freeing rhe lock (should not be my job!!) No towels or soap available. No hot water on tap. No tea/coffee making facility, although there was a kettle so at least I could get some hot water, but no cups/mugs. Went down into what I'd believed was a communal lounge & kitchen to be told by a chap who was sleeping in the lounge that it is a private room (No lock on……

“Staff were excellent and friendly. Beds were super and rooms clean”

“Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room. ”

“Breakfast was excellent value and good portions, off road parking but fills with customers to the club especially on an evening. No food or drink allowed in rooms which was disappointing as you have to go down to a very busy bar to get refreshments and isn’t ideal if your chilled in your room after a long day out and you just want to relax watching TV with a nice cup of coffee, but that isn’t possible as no kettle is provided in your room. Apart from that our stay was excellent, really nice……
